Judicial [P224-P231]
Mitzvah P224: Deuteronomy 25:2 - On whipping transgressors of certain commandments
v.2-3 “then it shall be, if the wicked man deserve to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to the measure of his wickedness, by number. Forty strips he may give him, he shall not exceed; lest, if he should exceed, and beat him above these (with) many strips then thy brother be dishonored before thine eyes.”
Wicked man:
Gen. 6:5-8 “Then YHWH saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. YHWH was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. YHWH said, ´I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to animals to creeping things and to birds of the sky; for I am sorry that I have made them.’ But Noah found favor in the eyes of YHWH.”; 13:13 “Now the men of Sodom were wicked exceedingly and sinners against YHWH.”; Ex. 9:27 “Then Pharaoh sent for Moshe and Aharon, and said to them, ´I have sinned this time; YHWH is the righteous one, and I and my people are the wicked ones”
Matt. 12:45 “Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation.”; 13:49-50 “So it will be at the end of the age; the angels will come forth and take out the wicked from among the righteous, and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
The wicked man is the doer of the work of wickedness that is against the Law of Life, therefore the work of wickedness must be destroyed at the end of flesh.
Worthy to be beaten:
Matt. 26:67 “Then they spat in His face and beat Him with their fists; and others slapped Him.”; Mark 14:65 “Some began to spit at Him, and to blindfold Him, and to beat Him with their fists, and to say to Him, ‘Prophesy!' And the officers received Him with slaps in the face.”; 15:19 “They kept beating His head with a reed, and spitting on Him, and kneeling and bowing before Him.”; Acts 23:19 “And I said, Elohim, they themselves understand that in one synagogue after another I used to imprison and beat those who believed in You.”
We, the servants of Kingdom of Life, are beaten by those who are in the labor of opposition to the Law of Life. We are like the grain of wheat beaten smoothly as to destroy the pride (largeness) of our heart to the work of humiliation (smallness). Blessed are those who are beaten into the fine wheat flour (unleavened) offered to YHWH (His pleasure to our good works).
It shall be, if the wicked man deserve to be beaten:
It shall be reap out what is sown wickedly. All the works of wickedness must belong to the kingdom of wickedness where all must be destroyed (beaten), while all the works of righteousness must belong to the Kingdom of His righteousness where all must be blessed.
The judge:
The judge is the One, without a sin, that examine (judge) all the works of opposition as to separate both the works into the kingdoms of opposition. All the works of righteousness are saved into His Kingdom of His Righteousness and all the works of wickedness must be consumed in the lake of fire (kingdom of death/wickedness). We, the Spirit filled, have the Judge sitting upon His throne in our sanctified hearts (temple of His holiness) keep us separated from the works of wickedness while serving Him in all the works of holiness. Shelomoh (Solomon) the judge examined the works of the women who claim the live babe and he did the work of dividing between the live one that belongs to the woman of honesty and the dead one that belongs to the woman of dishonesty.
The judge shall cause him to lie down:
Yahushua our Judge shall cause every man to lie down (give way) his deed and examine it according to the Law of Life, for He knows between the works of honesty and the works of dishonesty (lawlessness). Let us all deny the works of mortality from the beginning of our fleshly birth, for we come to the spiritual birth into His Kingdom of honesty.
Beatings:
Matt. 21:35 “The vine-growers took his slaves and beat one, and killed another, and stoned a third.”; Mark 13:9 “But be on your guard; for they will deliver you to the courts, and you will be flogged in the synagogues, and you will stand before governors and kings for My sake, as a testimony to them.”; Acts 5:40 “They took his advice; and after calling the apostles in, they flogged them and ordered them not to speak in the name of Yahushua, and then released them.”; 16:22 “The crowd rose up together against them, and the chief magistrates tore their robes off them and proceeded to order them to be beaten with rods.”; 21:32 “At once he took along some soldiers and centurions and ran down to them; and when they saw the commander and the soldiers, they stopped beating Shaul.”; 2 Cor. 11:24-25 “Five times I received from the Jews thirty-nine lashes. Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, three times I was shipwrecked, a night and a day I have spent in the deep.”
The beatings are the trials (discipline) of your spiritual life to build into the spiritual maturity of Life.
Measure:
The measure is the multiplication of reaping production of what is sown at the beginning. With our spiritual understanding of the multiplication taught in the Law of Life (Torah), the measure is often multiplied by the number of seven. Whether it is the seed sowing, it will bring the multiplication of reaping production, as if it is the word of righteousness or word of wickedness spoken out of what is inward of the heart of man. If the word of lawlessness is planted in the heart, it must produce in the multiplication as to punish (curse) him who does the work of lawlessness, but if the word of holiness (purity) is planted in the heart, it must produce in the multiplication as to bless him who does the work of purity. Matt. 5:19 “Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven." At the end of flesh, we have all the works out of our performance according to the words spoken out of our minds/hearts, we have all the valuations measured to put in the levels of our spiritual production in His Kingdom of Life while in growing our spiritual life on the trials, where some have little spiritual valuation placed in the least level of His Kingdom and some have much valuation placed in the higher level.
Wickedness:
Wickedness is the work of death/lawlessness, for it seeks to destroy the works of life, but it shall be thrown into the lake of death.
Measure of his wickedness:
The measure of his wickedness is valued according to what is produced out of the word of wickedness spoken out of his mouth like what is sown from the beginning shall be reaped at the end. All the works of wickedness must be consumed in the lake of fire eternally when he comes to the end of his flesh and knows his valuation measured according to how much he has built in understanding the things of opposition. Those who do much work of wickedness have little valuation in righteousness. Let us throw all the works of wickedness out of our hearts when we come to our spiritual births and do as much as we can to serve Him in all His commandments of purity in order to have much valuation in His righteousness at the end of our flesh.
To be beaten before his face, according to the measure of his wickedness:
We, the Spirit filled, know every deed of wickedness (imperfection) must be beaten (punished) if we want to increase more like Yahushua our Messiah who does His works of perfection, because we know the works of wickedness are worthless and perishable. All the valuation of the works of wickedness are lost at the end of our flesh, so let us grow our spiritual valuation in His Kingdom of Life by doing His Law of Life faithfully.
By number:
The number is measured to its limit according to His commandment when to punish those who do the works of wickedness. To exceed the number is not His purpose but to punish those who do the deeds of wickedness within the limits measured, but to give them the understanding of why the deeds of wickedness are not pleased in His sight and to expect them their repentance out of the kingdom of wickedness in order to restore back to His Kingdom of Life. First, we, all the fleshly births come to the kingdom of ignorance that needs to be punished in order to repent ourselves out of it and serve Him in the multiplication of His blessings of doing our spiritual works according to His Law of Life.
Forty:
The number forty is often mentioned in the trials of life like all who are called out of the kingdom of darkness and are tested in the 40-time trials to complete our spiritual examination like the children of Yisrael were in the wilderness (trials of spiritual life) for 40 years and Yahushua was tested in the wilderness for 40 days.
Strips:
Strips are illuminated as to discipline us by His staff and rod out of our works of foolishness (wickedness) while growing in our spiritual life during our times of learning His Law of Life. Strips are the years of affliction in our spiritual life as to examine our works of opposition knowing which ones belong to the kingdom of wickedness or to the Kingdom of His righteousness.
Forty stripes:
Forty strips is the completion of removal of iniquity in order to become a servant of Kingdom of Life. Forty years (days) is often mentioned in the Bible to understand: Yahushua the Messiah went thru the wilderness of 40 days likewise the children of Yisrael went thru the wilderness of 40 years before they came into the Promised Land. We are beaten with 40 strips (persecution of fleshed-minded or the trials of life) for we do not follow the traditions of men, because we, the children of spiritual birth, follow the steps of Yahushua who was beaten prior to His death.
Forty strips he may give him:
As YHWH afflicts His beloved Son in the forty days of wilderness in examining His obedience to His Law of Life and in the 40+ months (3 1/2 years) of his ministry where all the workers of mortality were used to examine His knowledge of Life, we, His servants, do the same in His footsteps of following His Law of Life in opposition to the works of death (lawlessness).
Not exceed beatings:
1 Cor. 10:13 “No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and Elohim is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.”
The beatings (spiritual trials) are measured for us to move into the higher level of spiritual maturity of our Messiah to the Kingdom of Perfection.
He shall not exceed:
Yahushua our Messiah is not exceeded of His punishment upon Him while in the trials of His obedience since His days of ministry were measured to teach all the men to know His Kingdom of Light. All the measurements of the deeds performed are known to all who do the words of righteousness or the words of wickedness. It is understood about the teachings of going hell eternally errorly taught in the religious groups, but all must not be exceed of their punishment upon the works of foolishness but are given way to awaken out of the kingdom of lawlessness for their chances to repent their works of wickedness. Rather, all the works of wickedness alone are to be consumed eternally in the lake of fire, like the man, with the spirits of uncleanness possessed were delivered out of his soul and thrown into the kingdom of uncleanness, is freed and awakened out of the kingdom of mortality.
If he should exceed:
We all know the exceeding of His punishment upon those who do the works of lawlessness is the work of dishonesty as to oppose to the carnal teachings of going to the hell eternally where there are unmeasured punishments for those who do the works of wickedness when their flesh expire, but rather all the works are measured to punish for those who do the works of wickedness.
Beat him above these with many strips:
All fleshly minded do the beatings exceedingly with many punishments unfairly for the sake of their fleshly glory that promotes the kingdom of lawlessness where all the merciless works are seen in this world such as beating the children of innocence. Yahushua the Messiah is the model of His innocence (freedom) from all the works of impurity and is worthy to be praised eternally for His faithfulness in all what is commanded out of His Kingdom of Life.
Dishonor:
The dishonoring of the beatings (spiritual trials) are to the children of wickedness, but to the children of Righteousness, we are honored to go higher into the level of spiritual maturity thru the beatings (spiritual trials).
Thy brother be dishonored before thine eyes:
The fleshly worker of dishonesty does the exceeding of the violent punishment unnecessarily as to oppose to His measurement permitted within the reasonable number of punishment (beatings) for all the mortal men in order to restore back to His Kingdom of Life.
On whipping transgressors of certain commandments (P224):
All the transgressions of violent (whipping) beatings are abominable where they are the works of disrespectfulness or dishonesty opposing to His measurement of punishments upon all the workers of lawlessness in the purposes of changing their hearts for His goodness knowing how good His Kingdom of Life is, not promoting to the kingdom of mortality where there are the works of slavery dominating the flesh.
Mitzvah P225: Numbers 35:25 - On exile to city of refuge for unintentional homicide
v.1 “and the congregation shall deliver the manslayer out of the hand of the avenger of the blood, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge, whither he was fled; and he shall dwell therein until the death of the high priest, who was anointed with the holy oil.”
Innocence of death worthy:
Acts 25:10-11 “But Shaul said, “I am standing before Caesar's tribunal, where I ought to be tried. I have done no wrong to the Jews, as you also very well know. If, then, I am a wrongdoer and have committed anything worthy of death, I do not refuse to die; but if none of those things is true of which these men accuse me, no one can hand me over to them. I appeal to Caesar.”
False accusation of the innocent who is worthy of death is the work of death to the flesh-minded accuser.
Avenger:
The avenger is the fleshly minded out of the kingdom of lawlessness (mortality) dominated by the father of lawlessness. The avenger is the worker of doing his deed of lawlessness against His Law of Life and his works of avenge must be destroyed. Only the words of lawlessness bring the work of avenge to do the destruction of the fleshly things.
Avenger of the blood:
The avenger is the worker of the flesh-minded fighting for his kingdom/power against the unintentional one who flees to the city of refuge (trials of judgment) for seeking his repentance/forgiveness on his sin of ignorance. But if the intentional (unrepentant) flees to the city of refuge (trials of judgment) from his avenger, he shall be worthy of death where the deed of his murder must be done (blood for blood).
Restore him to city of refuge:
The unintentional one is restored to a city of refuge (protection against the false judgment/ accusation). We, the servants of innocence, are in the city of refuge (YHWH’s tabernacle) till the end of our flesh.
The congregation shall deliver the manslayer out of the hand of the avenger of the blood:
As we, the Spirit filled (congregation of His holiness) does our works of cleanness daily in our sanctified hearts (His Temple of holiness), we do the pruning and the weeding of the works of death (worthlessness). Moshe is the example of escaping from the land of Egypt killing the Egyptian to the place of His refuge where he learned His Law of Life as to restore back to His Kingdom of Life from the work of ignorance that promotes the kingdom of death. We, the Spirit filled, were the manslayers out of our former works of hatred (death) escaping from the blood of uncleanness (the workers of mortality) who seeking the merciless punishments upon those who seek His forgiveness upon their repentance out of the kingdom of death.
Dwell until death of high priest:
John 8:51 “Truly, truly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he will never see death.”; Rom. 5:10 “For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to Elohim through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.”; 6:3-11 “Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into the Messiah Yahushua have been baptized into His death? Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as the Messiah was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; for he who has died is freed from sin. Now if we have died with the Messiah, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that the Messiah, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to Elohim. Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to Elohim in the Messiah Yahushua.”
We dwell in the death of our High priest Yahushua the Messiah until the end of our flesh, so that we may live to YHWH eternally, otherwise we die vainly like the fleshly minded dies hopelessly.
Refuge:
The refuge is the place (Kingdom of freedom) delivered from the pursuit of the workers of mortality where all the works must be examined whether there is any hidden work out of the kingdom of lawlessness that must be judged or there is a heart change (repentance) or work of innocence out of those who try to afflict His sanctified servants. Moshe was awakened out of his work of ignorance killing the Egyptian when he came to the place of refuge to learn about His Law of Life upon his repentance of the works of ignorance.
Fleeing to a city of refuge:
Resist from all anger and hatred that seek to destroy you. Ephesians 4:28-31 edifies us to control our feelings from falling into the slaves of sin....Col 3:5-11 tells to put away anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth....Eccl. 7:9 “Do not be eager in your heart to be angry. For anger resides in the bosom of fools.”.....Anger/hatred is the absence of controlling oneself from falling into the slave of sin...An angry man loves the argument denying the truths against him when defending his own foolishness...Cain was angry without controlling his feelings, killing Abel, because Abel’s offerings were accepted of his faithfulness in YHWH while Cain’s offerings were rejected of his foolishness.
The congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge:
We, His congregation of our called out repentance of the kingdom of ignorance, are open to all who do the same when they seek His forgiveness and restore them back to His city of refuge, for we know His judgment on all the works performed in our daily hearts. Those who do not repent of their works of ignorance shall be judged according to their words of lawlessness and are delivered into the hands of those who seek them and do the fleshly punishments according to the words of lawlessness.
Why escape to a city of refuge:
Seek forgiveness for his acts of ignorance in order to receive mercy from the Almighty thru the Levitical priesthood for the purification of heart.
Psalms 59:6. ”.... For you have been my high tower, And a refuge in the day of my distress.” 61: 3-4 “For you have been a refuge for me, A strong tower from the enemy. I will dwell in your tabernacle forever: I will take refuge in the covert of your wings...Prov. 18: 10 “The name of YHWH is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it, and is safe.”
Unintentional homicide:
Innocence of being attacked thru the trials of testing your faithfulness.....Dawid fleed from Shaul’s hatred and jealousy for Shaul tried to attack him with the spear, because Dawid was chosen the anointed king after Shaul failed to obey YHWH (1 Sam 19-21)....Yoseph fleed from the words of filthiness of the wife of his master from having sex with her (Gen. 39:7-20)....Yaaqov (Jacob) flees from the anger of his brother Esau of killing him for stealing his blessings (Gen. 27).....Hatred/anger is far away from Love.
Deut. 19:4-10 speaks of the case with the axe killing his friend unintentionally. It lets you escape to the city of refuge where there is a Levitical priesthood. It guards your innocence until the justice is made according to the law of Moshe. Heb 6:17-20 “...we have fled for refuge in laying hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil...”
Job 6:24-26 “Teach me, and I will be silent; and show me how I have erred. How painful are honest words! But what does your argument prove? Do you intend to reprove my words.” Meekness/humbleness is the resistance of entering the arguments when in anger. Listen to the words of correction instead of your arguments of denying them. Prov. 3:11-12.
Whither he was fled:
Our repentance out of the kingdom of ignorance is the only way to flee to His Kingdom of Life (Refuge of YHWH). Those who do not repent of their works of lawlessness shall be judged and given to the hands of the mortality according to the deeds of lawlessness. For us, the Spirit filled, we are delivered out of the deeds of lawlessness upon our repentance, we are judged according to His Law of Life by doing His commandments of Life daily.
High priest:
Yahushua the Messiah is our High priest who has been tested in His obedience to His Law of Life and is chosen the Lamb to die for our works of lawlessness to deliver us from the kingdom of fleshly bonds, for He is worthy to be praised and to be worshipped eternally.
Death of high priest:
The death of Yahushua our Messiah who is the Lamb without a blemish (sin of the world) is to take away all the sins of the world for those who believe in His Law of Life and receive His salvation into their repentant hearts.
Anointing with oil:
Upon our repentance of our works of ignorance, we received the baptism of Holy Spirit (Anointing oil) after the washing of His blood on our hearts.
He shall dwell therein until the death of the high priest, who was anointed with the holy oil:
Rom. 8:10-11 “If haMashiyach is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Yahushua from the dead dwells in you, He who raised haMashiyach Yahushua from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.”
Since the death of Yahushua our Messiah the high priest for our sins, we, the Spirit filled, dwell with His Spirit of Life (anointed with the holy oil) in the death of our Messiah so that we all can raise from our fleshly death to His Kingdom of heaven.
On exile to city of refuge for unintentional homicide (P225):
Since we know our works of ignorance are unintentional to do the will of lawlessness that is against His Law of Life, YHWH knows our hearts are quick to change once knowing our works of ignorance, for we seek Him daily for the words of wisdom out of His city of refuge (Kingdom of freedom) so His pardon is granted to us, otherwise He would deliver us into the hands of mortal men.
Mitzvah P226: Exodus 21:20 - On beheading transgressors of certain commandments
v.1 “And if a man smite his bondman, or his bondwoman, with a rod, and he die under his hand, he shall surely be punished.”
His bondman:
His bondmen are His chosen ones called out of the kingdom of mortality as they were freed from being bonded to do the works of lawlessness, for they become His newly bondmen thru His sanctification washing away their works of slavery. We, the Spirit filled, are freed in His Spirit of Life, but our flesh is not freed till its expiration.
Smiting his servant:
Isa. 53:4-5 “Surely our griefs He Himself bore, And our sorrows He carried; Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, smitten of Elohim, and afflicted. But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed.”
Luke 6:29 “Whoever hits you on the cheek, offer him the other also; and whoever takes away your coat, do not withhold your shirt from him either.”
Yahushua, the Servant of YHWH, has been smitten by the wicked, for His innocence because He has done no violence. He, our Bridegroom, is the Word (male) of purity planted in the hearts of His followers.
If a man smite his bondman:
Matt. 5:39 “But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also.”
Yahushua our Messiah leaves His example of being smitten by the men of mortality and we, His called out servants, do what is good to all those who do not know His Law of Life and attack us in the works of opposition spiritually as well as physically. It is understood what is performed mortally belongs to the kingdom of mortality and what is performed immortally belongs to the kingdom of immortality where both works are opposed. The fleshly minded does what he receives from other fleshly minded like hatred for hatred, evilness for evilness, so the Spirit filled does the opposite of what the fleshly minded, for love for love, goodness for goodness, because the Spirit filled does not belong to the kingdom of lawlessness (darkness) that does the opposition to what the Kingdom of Light does.
His bondwoman:
His bondwoman is illuminated His Spirit of Life dwelling in the sanctified hearts of those who repent their former works of lawlessness. His bondman is illuminated His Word of Life that comes to the door (repentance) of the hearts who hear His salvation given to them.
Smiting his maid:
We, the bride (maid) of the Messiah, shares the suffering of Yahushua for we are smitten of the wickedness, because we have our desire to serve YHWH, the Righteous One in all truths. It is understood that The Word (servant) and its Spirit (maid) dwell in the heart of repentant.
With a rod:
2 Sam. 7:14-15 “I will be a father to him and he will be a son to Me; when he commits iniquity, I will correct him with the rod of men and the strokes of the sons of men, but My lovingkindness shall not depart from him, as I took it away from Saul, whom I removed from before you.”; Job 9:34 “Let Him remove His rod from me, And let not dread of Him terrify me.”; Ps. 23:4 “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
The spiritual rod is the true discipline of our lives in the Messiah thru the trials to purify the dead works out in our hearts, for they are of the fleshly lusts.
Masters’ Duty:
Prompt Payment of wages - Deut. 24:15 “You shall give him his wages on his day before the sun sets, for he is poor and sets his heart on it; so that he will not cry against you to YHWH and it become sin in you.”
Consideration of Employees - Job 31:13-14 “If I have despised the claim of my male or female slaves When they filed a complaint against me, what then could I do when Elohim arises? And when He calls me to account, what will I answer Him?”
Refraining from Threats - Eph. 6:9 “And masters, do the same things to them, and give up threatening, knowing that both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no partiality with Him.”
Just Dealings - Col. 4:1 “Masters, grant to your slaves justice and fairness, knowing that you too have a Master in heaven.”
Our Master’s duty is to assist all to restore back to His Kingdom of Life where there is nothing left out, for He knows all the hearts of mortal men. His ministry is to give all the spiritual masters of teaching His Law of Life to all.
Die under his hand:
We, the servants of Messiah under His hand, are dead in the flesh, because we are reborn in the Spirit.
He die under his hand:
As He died under His right hand, He is raised from the death that is smitten by the fleshly minded. We die under His right hand so we can be raised spiritually, for the flesh must die as to bury our fleshly works of lawlessness.
Sure punishment:
Rom. 12:19 “Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of Elohim, for it is written, Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says YHWH.”; Rev. 19:2-3 “Because His judgments are true and righteous; for He has judged the great harlot who was corrupting the earth with her immorality, and He has avenged the blood of His bond-servants on her.” and a second time they said, “Halleluyah! Her smoke rises up forever and ever.”
The sure punishment is only on the wicked servants.
He shall surely be punished:
All the workers of mortality (fleshly minded) must be punished (disciplined) at the level of mortality (visibility) and all the workers of immortality (Spirit filled) must be disciplined at the level of immortality (invisibility). All the works of lawlessness (mortality) must be destroyed at the end of the flesh.
The spirit of disobedience (lawlessness) must be surely punished as to throw it in the lake of fire when the repentant one seeks His forgiveness in order to obey His Law of Life. Yahushua the Messiah have displayed to all of us that He has thrown all the spirits of uncleanness that do the works of disobedience. Matt. 25:46 mentions going to the opposing places when all the spirits (works) of lawlessness go to the eternal punishment and His only one Spirit of Life brings us back to His Kingdom of eternal Life so let us throw our former works of lawlessness as to cut off any part (hand, eye, foot) that offends His Law of Life than throw ourselves wholly (all the works of lawlessness/worthlessness) when nothing found valuable to harvest.
On beheading transgressors of certain commandments (P226):
All transgressors who do the works of lawlessness must reap what is sown at the beginning of mortality (lawlessness) so they are responsible for their evil actions that must be removed or they would be multiplied evilly if not heart change of stubbornness.
Mitzvah P227: Exodus 21:16 - On strangling transgressors of certain commandments
v.21 “And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, and he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death..”
Stealing:
The work of stealing is the work of opposition of restoring back what belongs to the owner. We, the Spirit filled, are restored back to His Kingdom of Life since we were stolen by the father of lawlessness at the beginning of our fleshly birth, but now are restored back to His own possession (Kingdom of Life).
Stealing a man:
Matt. 27:64 “Therefore, give orders for the grave to be made secure until the third day, otherwise His disciples may come and steal Him away and say to the people, He has risen from the dead, and the last deception will be worse than the first.”; Mark 14:1 “Now the Passover and Unleavened Bread were two days away; and the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how to seize Him by stealth and kill Him”; John 10:10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.”
As we see the story of Yahudah (Judas) Isacariot of stealing Our Master, Yahushua for the thirty pieces of silver, for the fleshly powers, let us not do the stealing of the fleshly things for they only promote the worldly powers.
Kidnapping:
Ex. 21:16 “He who kidnaps a man, whether he sells him or he is found in his possession, shall surely be put to death.”; Deut. 24:7 “If a man is caught kidnapping any of his countrymen of the sons of Israel, and he deals with him violently or sells him, then that thief shall die; so you shall purge the evil from among you.”; Jud. 21:21 “and watch; and behold, if the daughters of Shiloh come out to take part in the dances, then you shall come out of the vineyards and each of you shall catch his wife from the daughters of Shiloh, and go to the land of Benjamin.”
Matt. 13:19 “When anyone hears the word of the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what has been sown in his heart. This is the one on whom seed was sown beside the road.”
The act of kidnapping is the work of lawlessness like the wolf takes away the unsupervisored lamb. Let us watch the works of lawlessness/wickedness from our hearts of purity, like we guard the Word of purity (Seed) in our hearts against the weeds of lawlessness. The wicked kidnapping is to steal the Word of Life from those who hear and do not act on the words of wisdom spoken to them.
Traffic in men:
Gen. 37:28 “Then some Midianite traders passed by, so they pulled him up and lifted Joseph out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. Thus they brought Joseph into Egypt.”; 39:1 “Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an Egyptian officer of Pharaoh, the captain of the bodyguard, bought him from the Ishmaelites, who had taken him down there.”; Joel 3:3 “They have also cast lots for My people, Traded a boy for a harlot And sold a girl for wine that they may drink.”; Amos 2:6 “They have also cast lots for My people, Traded a boy for a harlot And sold a girl for wine that they may drink.”; 8:6 “So as to buy the helpless for money And the needy for a pair of sandals, And that we may sell the refuse of the wheat?”; Zech. 11:12 “I said to them, If it is good in your sight, give me my wages; but if not, never mind! So they weighed out thirty shekels of silver as my wages.”
Matt. 26:15 “and said, What are you willing to give me to betray Him to you?'' And they weighed out thirty pieces of silver to him.”; Rev. 18:13 “and cinnamon and spice and incense and perfume and frankincense and wine and olive oil and fine flour and wheat and cattle and sheep, and cargoes of horses and chariots and slaves and human lives.”
The traffic in men are the busybodies of the fleshly minded works, for their interest in monies and their promotion of the glories of men.
Selling:
The selling and buying of the mortality is at no profit for they are the works of lawlessness, but to sell and to buy the things of immortality is more profitable like to teach His Word of Life (selling it for spiritual food) and to learn His Word of Life (buying it for your spiritual growth).
Selling him:

Never sell your values of Life for the fleshly powers to promote. We are not sold to the bonds of wickedness, for we are the servants of freedom.
He that stealeth a man, and selleth him:
The worker of stealing a man is the lawless one, teaching the mortal men the false teachings that steals him away from the way of truth, and selling the work of falsehood to all the mortal men to promote his glories.
Found in his hand:
Matt. 27:3-5 “Then when Judas, who had betrayed Him, saw that He had been condemned, he felt remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood. But they said, What is that to us? See to that yourself! And he threw the pieces of silver into the temple sanctuary and departed; and he went away and hanged himself.”
Those who do the works of wickedness in their hands shall be found shameful in the judgment of YHWH.
Sure death:
Those who do the works of wickedness are worth of the death, for the fleshly works are rooted in death.
He shall surely be put to death:
Murder is the work of death thru the development of hatred/anger in heart as it is worthy the guilt of death. Similarly with the passages of Deut 19:11-13. What is sown wickedly shall be reaped back to the one who does the foolish acts. He is responsible for creating the act of stumbling block on the innocent. Prov. 28:17 “A man that does violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man stay him.” No one can escape from the punishment of his wrongdoing act, for every deed is returned back where it is begun. Matt. 15:11 “Not what enters into the mouth defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defile the man.” Whether it is good or evil, it always returns back within its cycle of law of life/death.
The work of lawlessness shall be put to death once it is known worthless and shall not be remembered forever. All the works of opposition that are against the Law of Life are to be destroyed completely. The mortal man is illuminated as the word of lawlessness and the mortal woman is illuminated as the spirit (performance) of lawlessness according to the word of lawlessness.
On strangling transgressors of certain commandments (P227):
The punishment measured is for those who do the works of lawlessness. The law is everywhere to test every word spoken out of the mouth and knows its work whether it is good or evil. The blessings and cursings are known between the words of opposition (good and evil seeds planted) where all the productions come out in the multiplication of goodness and evilness.
Mitzvah P228: Leviticus 20:14 - On burning transgressors of certain commandments
v.14 “And a man, if he take with his wife also her mother, it is lewdness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no lewdness among you..”
Wife and her mother:
Rev. 17:4-5 “The woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her immorality, and on her forehead a name was written, a mystery, Babylon the Great, the mother of harolots and of the abominations of the earth.”
The wife is consecrated to her husband in one spirit of unity according to the Law of Marriage, but is defiled with the spirit of uncleanness/lawlessness (his mother - the fleshly works are rooted in her), therefore the works of lawlessness must be destroyed in the fire (purification from all the works of death). We, the bride of our Messiah, are consecrated in the Unity of holiness (with our Bridegroom) and do not associate with the fleshly works of the mother (Rev. 17:5) that carry the traditions of men which are against the commandments of YHWH.
Lewdness:
The work of lewdness is abominable in His sight for it is the work of lawlessness (corruption).
A man, if he take with his wife also her mother, it is lewdness:
A man illuminating the word of purity is only to take his wife illuminating the spirit of purity that performs according to the word of purity. Her mother is illuminated as the spirit of purity that is sanctified for her father (word of purity). We are taught that a man and his wife become one unity from the beginning of Torah when YHWH created Adam and his wife Chauwah (Eve). To take a young woman (wife) and old woman (mother) is lewdness because they are at different levels of maturity developed from the beginning. The young woman (spirit of mortality) means to produce what is visible and the elder woman (spirit of immortality) means to produce what is invisible, in which means both are at the different levels of spiritual growth. Without our spiritual understanding on Matt. 6:24 "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve Elohim and wealth.", therefore it is lewdness (abominable) to take them both, one to love more and one to love less.
Burning:
Gen. 38:24 “Now it was about three months later that Yahudah was informed, Your daughter-in-law Tamar has played the harlot, and behold, she is also with child by harlotry.Then Yahudah said, Bring her out and let her be burned!”; Lev. 20:14 “If there is a man who marries a woman and her mother, it is immorality; both he and they shall be burned with fire, so that there will be no immorality in your midst.”; 21:9 “Also the daughter of any priest, if she profanes herself by harlotry, she profanes her father; she shall be burned with fire.”; Dan. 3:6 “But whoever does not fall down and worship shall immediately be cast into the midst of a furnace of blazing fire.”
Matt. 3:12 “His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat into the barn, but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”
As we are purified in our hearts for the sake of Truth, our dead works are burned in the fire.
No wickedness among you:
For we cannot serve two masters (one to love and one to hate), therefore we must throw the works of wickedness, in serving our Master of Righteousness.
They shall be burnt with fire, both he and they:
Those who develop with the words of confusion on both young and old (visible and invisible) must purge out (burn) all the works (teachings) of confusion in the spiritual fire upon their repentance. We begin with our fleshly birth to learn the things of visibility to complete before we move into the spiritual life with our removal (repentance) out of the kingdom of visibility to learn more of the things of invisibility that are separated from the things of visibility, like we cannot put the things of newness with the things of oldness (Matt. 9:16-17), otherwise they are burst out.
There be no lewdness among you:
Let nothing lewd among your spiritual growth for you know all the Law of Life that separates you from the kingdom of lawlessness (confusion). Those, who forsake the commandments of YHWH that teaches us about the things of oppositions that must be kept separated in the kingdoms of opposition, are the lukewarm minded doing the words of confusion (fleshly things and spiritual things).
On burning transgressors of certain commandments (P228):
Mark 2:17 "And hearing this, Yahushua said to them, it is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick; I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
His commandments are good for all the transgressors to repent their works of lawlessness by burning out all the works (teachings) of mortality, and to turn their right paths toward His Kingdom of Life.
Mitzvah P229: Deuteronomy 22-24 - On stoning transgressors of certain commandments
v.22-24 “then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, (being) in the city; and the man; because he hath humbled the wife of his neighbor; so thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.”
Ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city:
YHWH shall bring all the transgressors out to the gate (door) of the city (His chosen place) to examine their works of abomination that are known as to oppose to His Law of Life. All the works of lawlessness (mortality) must be destroyed if we seek the things of Light above, otherwise we would be blinded by the things of darkness. First, we clean out all the works of uncleanness, then we can see the works of cleanness. His judgment is only upon those who do the hidden works of darkness that blind them from seeing the things of Light.
Stoning:
Ex.19:13 “No hand shall touch him, but he shall surely be stoned or shot through; whether beast or man, he shall not live. When the rams horn sounds a long blast, they shall come up to the mountain.”; Lev. 20:2 “You shall also say to the sons of Israel: Any man from the sons of Israel or from the aliens sojourning in Israel who gives any of his offspring to Molech, shall surely be put to death; the people of the land shall stone him with stones.”; 24:14 “Bring the one who has cursed outside the camp, and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head; then let all the congregation stone him.”; Deut. 13:10 “So you shall stone him to death because he has sought to seduce you from YHWH your Eloheyak who brought you out from the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.”; 17:5 “then you shall bring out that man or that woman who has done this evil deed to your gates, that is, the man or the woman, and you shall stone them to death.”; 22:24 “then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city and you shall stone them to death; the girl, because she did not cry out in the city, and the man, because he has violated his neighbors wife. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you.”
John 8:3-7 “The scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery, and having set her in the center of the court, they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman has been caught in adultery, in the very act. Now in the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women; what then do You say? They were saying this, testing Him, so that they might have grounds for accusing Him. But Yahushua stooped down and with His finger wrote on the ground. But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.”
The purity in the heart (without sin) can stone (destroy) the work of wickedness or rebuke the unclean spirit. How can the heart of impurity destroy the work of wickedness unless he is purified in holiness first? We, the Spirit-filled, use the Word (the stone) to attack the works of lawlessness.
Stones:
The stones are His spiritual strikes on those who do the works of evilness (foolishness) that are given them a season to awake out of the kingdom of coldness. David used the stones of wisdom to strike Goliath the giant who was the fleshly role to put Yisrael to fear about him, but one stone thrown (Yahushua our Word of purity) is small as a mustard seed to begin with our faithfulness to strike out all the works of lawlessness when we come to our spiritual births.
Stones that they die:
Matt. 24:1-2 “Yahushua came out from the temple and was going away when His disciples came up to point out the temple buildings to Him. And He said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”
The stones are the fleshly temples/kingdoms which shall not live long, for its works of death come to end. We, the children of the Living Stone/Rock, shall live eternally for the Kingdom of Righteousness, for YHWH is our Rock.
Ye shall stone them with stones that they die:
Once you are separated from the kingdom of darkness, you are His chosen one to do the works of His Light and you are to stone (strike) His stone (Word) of purity at all the works of impurity that must be destroyed.
Cry not being in the city:
Crying not is hidden from the truth, knowing it is the work of adultery/wickedness against the Law of Life, where the city is the Unity of knowledge of Righteousness. But if the crying is heard knowing it is the act of wickedness, then the one who cries for help, then she is freed from her guiltiness.
Because she cried not, being in the city:
The fleshly minded, who cries not (hid from the truths) knowing his/her work of lawlessness (adultery/wickedness), shall be revealed of his/her work of darkness in the City of Light where the Judgment on all the works must be performed. Those who cry not must be punished for their works of darkness, but those who cry seek His forgiveness upon their repentance out of the kingdom of lawlessness. The woman of mortality is illuminated as the spirit of uncleanness in the unsanctified hearts of those who do the works of uncleanness.
Because he hath humbled the wife of his neighbor:
We, the former fleshly minded, that did the words of lawlessness that promote the spirits of lawlessness in our unsanctified hearts, but are now called out of the kingdom of foolishness to serve Him in holiness by our repentance, and do the words of humility that perform the spirit (act) of humility when we know the works of opposition, for the fleshly minded does the works of cowardice (foolishness) to boast their outward fleshly things and the Spirit minded does the works of meekness to decrease their outward things but to increase the things of inwardness that promote His Kingdom of humility. Yahushua, our Word of humility, bring His Spirit of humility to dwell in our sanctified hearts.
Putting away evil from among you:
The work of evilness must not kept secretly in the heart, for we fear YHWH in all our hearts as He can see all the works in the hearts of men.
On stoning transgressors of certain commandments (P229):
As we were the former transgressors of doing the works of lawlessness, we are called out of the kingdom of foolishness by our repentance and we now are to stone (strike) all the works of lawlessness with His stone (Word) of purity) out of His Kingdom of purity.
Mitzvah P230: Deuteronomy 21:22 - Hang after execution, violators of certain commandments
v.22 “And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree.”
Commitment of sin:
The sin is the work of lawlessness to commit against the Law of Life.
Worthy of death:
Doing any sin (fleshly work) is worthy of death.
If a man have committed a sin worthy of death:
The man illuminating the word of lawlessness does the work (spirit) of lawlessness (mortality) that is worthy of death. All fleshly births must be born again because they come out of the kingdom of mortality that began with the Adamic era, then their works of lawlessness are worthlessness therefore they are to die when their flesh are due for their deaths. Let us all pursue all the things of immortality from the Kingdom of Light and deny all the works of mortality (lawlessness), for we know that all the fleshly works are worthy of death out of the kingdom of mortality.
Putting to death:
All the sins are put to the death, for they are the works of lawlessness.
Hang him on a tree:
Matt. 27:5 “And he threw the pieces of silver into the temple sanctuary and departed; and he went away and hanged himself.”; Acts2:23 “this Man, delivered over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of Elohim, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put Him to death.”; 5:30 “The Elohim of our fathers raised up Yahushua, whom you had put to death by hanging Him on a tree.”; Gal. 3:13 “the Messiah redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for usfor it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs a tree.”
Yahushua, the Man, was crucified on a tree to die for our sins. We, the children of Righteousness, are on His right hand, while the children of lawlessness are on His left, in which both are separated in the end of the flesh.
Hang after execution, violators of certain commandments (P230):
Let all the works of lawlessness (foolishness) be hung with open shame, for we were all the transgressors/violators of His Law of Life by doing the works of lawlessness (opposition) from the time of our fleshly births while learning the things of mortality, but now we are called out of the kingdom of mortality upon our repentance, knowing the things of opposition to separate into the kingdoms of opposition, for we no longer have our knowledge of good and evil (mixed words) out of the kingdom of mortality.
Mitzvah P231: Deuteronomy 21:23 - On burial on the same day of execution
v.23 “his body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt surely bury him the same day; for a reproach unto Elohim is he that is hanged; that thou defile not thy land which YHWH Eloheyak (your El) giveth thee for an inheritance.”
All night:
All night is illuminated as the kingdom of darkness for the disobedient who do the lawless deeds. All day is illuminated for us, the obedients to the Law of Life, to dwell in the Kingdom of Light.
Body not remained all night:
The Body of Yahushua was not remained all night after He died on the tree, for He was buried before the evening started. Yahushua, The Light, does not belong to the kingdom of darkness.
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree:
Yahushua our Messiah does not belong to the kingdom of darkness (all night) but is raised out of His death before all the works of darkness (death), that were created by the men of mortality, are thrown into the kingdom of darkness. We, that were the children of darkness (mortality), are called out of the kingdom of darkness where our knowledge (tree) of good and evil (mixed words) were developed in the fleshly life but now we are His spiritual children (members of His Body) raised out of the kingdom of darkness to serve Him in the Kingdom of Light (all day).
Upon the tree:
Yahushua, the Word of purification, is nailed on the tree to separate the children of Righteousness on His right hand from the children of lawlessness on His left hand. The tree is known to prune the dead fruits and to save the good fruits.
Burying:
The burying of our sins of this world (kingdom of mortality/lawlessness) is done by our Messiah Yahushua the King of immortality as we are all commanded to repent from the kingdom of darkness to His Kingdom of Life. First, we, the fleshly births, learn the things of mortality where there are the opposing forces such as darkness vs. light, coldness vs. warmness, then we come to our spiritual births upon our repentance (removal) from the things of mortality and learn the things of immortality (invisibility) in the parallels and oppositions.
Same day:
The same day is the time of our reversal (repentance) from the kingdom of darkness to His Kingdom of Light when we first bury our works of darkness into the kingdom of darkness (death)/ground, then we come to our spiritual births by His resurrection bringing us our spiritual lives.
Bury the body that day:
Yahushua was buried the same day when he was crucified, just before the evening came, for Yahushua is of the Light and also He is of the Shabbat to rest before His resurrection.
Thou shalt surely bury him the same day:
We must put away our fleshly sins while living in our fleshly era, so that our sins are buried with Him before the night (kingdom of darkness) comes (belongs with all the works of darkness such as hatred, jealousy, greediness, impatience, before we can become the children of His holiness. Otherwise, we come to the end of our flesh era, not putting our sins away, we shall become the children of shame/nakedness (unburied).
Reproach:
All our sins of lawlessness (reproach) must be put to silence (correction/rebuke) out of our sanctified heart/mind when we come to our spiritual births knowing that all the works of opposition must be separated into the opposing kingdoms (kingdom of wickedness and Kingdom of righteousness).
Hanging:
Gen. 40:22 “but he hanged the chief baker, just as Joseph had interpreted to them.”; Josh. 8:29 “He hanged the king of Ai on a tree until evening; and at sunset Yahushua gave command and they took his body down from the tree and threw it at the entrance of the city gate, and raised over it a great heap of stones that stands to this day.”; 10:26 “So afterward Yahushua struck them and put them to death, and he hanged them on five trees; and they hung on the trees until evening.”; 2 Sam. 21:9 “Then he gave them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them in the mountain before YHWH, so that the seven of them fell together; and they were put to death in the first days of harvest at the beginning of barley harvest.”; Ezra 6:11 “And I issued a decree that any man who violates this edict, a timber shall be drawn from his house and he shall be impaled on it and his house shall be made a refuse heap on account of this.”; Est. 7:9 “Then Harbonah, one of the eunuchs who were before the king said, Behold indeed, the gallows standing at Hamans house fifty cubits high, which Haman made for Mordecai who spoke good on behalf of the king! And the king said, Hang him on it.”
Gal. 3:13 “the Messiah redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us for it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.”
We were the children of cursedness, hanged on a tree of lawlessness, for our Messiah was crucified to die our sins, so we can become the children of blessedness dwelling in the Kingdom of YHWH eternally.
Hanging accursed:
Gal. 3:13 “the Messiah redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for usfor it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs a tree.”
All of our accursed sins are nailed on His crucifixion so we can become the children of YHWH after our repentance and receipt of the Holy Spirit into our hearts.
For a reproach unto Elohim is he that is hanged:
Acts 5:30 "HaElohey of our fathers raised up Yahushua, whom you had put to death by hanging Him on a cross."; Gal. 3:13-14 "haMashiyach redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree in order that in haMashiyach Yahushua the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
All the works of lawlessness (mortality) are cursed and hanged to the tree (knowledge of good and evil) formed by the father of adversary (Satan) so we, the repentant servants of His holiness, for we were the fleshly births thru the blood of uncleanness due to the breaking of the Law of Life in the Adamic era.
Thou defile not thy land:
YHWH never defiles His Kingdom of holiness.
Land not defiled:
The Land (Kingdom of Life) is not of defilement for we are the children of holiness in serving YHWH.
Which YHWH Eloheyak (your El) giveth thee for an inheritance:
The time of your repentance out of the kingdom of mortality (lawlessness) is to give you His eternal inheritance (Kingdom of immortality/Life) once you are sanctified by His pure blood washing away your sins (works of lawlessness), for we were the fleshly births to learn the things of mortality then we move to the next level of our learning about His Kingdom of immortality.
On burial on the same day of execution (P231):
The time of our repentance out of the kingdom of death is to bury (return) our fleshly works to the dust (kingdom of cursedness) where Satan the father of death/adversary dwells in, for we were sold to the kingdom of slavery from the time of our fleshly births, but now Yahushua our Messiah restores us back to His Kingdom of Life (freedom) by reversing our beliefs in His Law of Life from the former works of lawlessness (death).
